Tonight I was on the phone and looked over my shoulder to see this.
River has raised every dog in this house, aside from Ted who she befriended when he came here to live at the age of 2. Maybe that's why she is best friends with Ted, but bossy with everyone else!
Ben just adores his Grandma River. He is 4.5 months old and she is 11.5 years old. What a beautiful sight. They slept together on the bed for about an hour. Lucky little Ben.
It's funny. These are the two dogs that need the most help from me now. Ben because he is a baby, and River, who is going deaf now and starting to show her age - although she is definitely still the boss. Even over Caden!
PS Note the tracking glove on the bed with them :)
